Experience & Focus
My work spans 10+ years of human-centered design in consumer and healthcare technology where stakes are high and margins for error are low. Working across software, hardware, and embedded interfaces, I translate complexity into seamless real-world experiences where, "make it pretty," doesn't cut it.
I thrive on collaboration and early problem definition: bringing clarity to ambiguity, aligning teams around the right questions, and setting foundations that support thoughtful, scalable solutions. I’ve partnered extensively with engineering, product, research, clinical, and design teams to balance diverse human needs with complex technical constraints.
Collaboration & Leadership
Alongside hands-on design, I’ve led user-centered efforts across research, HF, UX, engineering, and industrial design. I help teams move from uncertainty to execution by creating alignment, facilitating clear decision-making, and keeping intent intact across disciplines. I'm often brought into ambiguous, high-stakes environments where clarity, trust, and cross-disciplinary alignment matter as much as the interface itself.
Outside of my day-to-day work, I serve as a Local Leader for IxDF San Diego, offer regular design mentorship opportunities, and create educational material relating to accessibility and design in the healthcare technology space (visit my LinkedIn for updates).

I’m continuing to grow toward design leadership roles where I can shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive human-centered impact at scale.
