We had just designed a new dashboard experience, but no onboarding to acclimate new users and build interest, We risked users abandoning the onboarding process before experiencing the product's value. How do we elevate first impressions into lasting engagement?

Onboarding isn't just about teaching. It's about lifting users to their first moment of success, where value becomes undeniable.

We envisioned a cohesive onboarding flow across platforms to raise completion rates and engagement through progressive disclosure and contextual guidance.
