Onboarding isn't just about teaching. It's about lifting users to their first moment of success, where value becomes undeniable.
This project addressed onboarding across multiple touch-points, where early user confusion was contributing to poor adoption and inconsistent understanding of system capabilities.
I supported UX and UI design to clarify the first-time experience, aligning content, interactions, and sequencing around what and when users actually needed to understand. By reframing onboarding as a learning journey rather than a checklist, the work helped align product, design, and engineering teams around a shared understanding of user readiness, setting a stronger foundation for long-term use.
