Responsibilities: User research synthesis, stakeholder mapping, user flows, information architecture, low and mid-fidelity wireframing, evaluating concepts with subject matter experts (SME’s), concept development, high fidelity mock ups and interactive prototypes, communicating design intent with software developers, updating designs and specifications to optimize design for development teams
Summary
Led the UX and UI design for a complex data aggregate ecosystem. This involved discovering ways to highlight key medical diagnostic insights, critical device performance information, as well as streamlining customer support.
